Why I Prefer to Work Remotely

I love meeting the team face-to-face whenever possible—there’s something special about in-person collaboration, sharing ideas in the same space, and feeling the energy of a creative environment. But at the end of the day, working remotely is still the better choice for me.

With the right tools, I can direct and animate from anywhere without sacrificing quality. Remote work allows me to focus deeply on my craft, collaborate with studios and production teams worldwide, and contribute to games, cinematics, TV, film, and commercials without being tied to a specific location.

Technology has removed many of the barriers that used to make remote work difficult. I can adjust my schedule to fit the needs of a project, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliveries while still maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This approach lets me take on high-profile projects, push creative boundaries, and stay efficient without disruption.

Another key reason I prefer working remotely is the ability to collaborate with top talent from around the world. The flexibility to bring the right people together for each project—without geographical constraints—leads to better animation, stronger storytelling, and a smoother production process.

Remote work also allows me to stay focused on delivering high-quality results, taking on projects that align with my expertise in animation direction and cinematic storytelling. Rather than chasing volume, I prioritize genuine collaborations that push creative and technical boundaries.

I’ll always enjoy meeting teams in person when the opportunity arises, but for the way I work today, remote collaboration remains the best choice. It keeps me agile, connected, and fully engaged in every project while ensuring the best possible results.

Let’s create something extraordinary, wherever we are.
